At Vibe On, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

All original packaging, accessories, and wiring must be included

Proof of purchase or invoice is required
Items that have been physically damaged, modified, incorrectly installed, or damaged during installation are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Used or installed stereos

Clearance or sale items

Items returned without original packaging or accessories
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
After inspection, we may:

Replace the item

Offer a refund if applicable
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping and installation charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.
For high-value items, we recommend using tracked shipping as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Installation Disclaimer
Vibe On is not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, or compatibility issues due to incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer.
We strongly recommend professional installation.
